SOOOOOOO

first you make Martha Stweart's Pate Brisee:

after you chill it for an hour, let it sit for 20 minutes or so, or if you're in a hurry knead it until it's soft. Use one disc for the bottom of the pie. Use about 1/2 cup to one cup of sugar and a few pinches of flour. Put in about half of the sugar, put in as much fruit as you can fit, put in the rest of the sugar and flour. I usually like to throw in some herbs that would go well or maybe some nuts. Put on the top of the pie. DECORATE! bake for 15 minutes at 400 deg. and then bring the temp. down to 350 and bake for 30-40 minutes, you can tell when it's done. serve with ice cream or whipped cream! get fat from eating so much delicious pie and roll yourself down a hill! hooray!
